    • A valid Illinois fishing license and stamp is required. These can be purchased at bait shops, sporting goods stores etc. They also can be purchased online through the State web site, at www.dnr.state.il.us  One day Lake Michigan licenses are available.

In accordance with the U.S. Coast Guard "Zero Tolerance" policy, No Illegal Drugs will be Tolerated.


  Our season begins in April, when the waters begin to warm and the large schools of Coho Salmon move into the area. Along with Kings, Browns and Steelhead Trout, the Spring brings some of the years fastest action. As the water warms we move to deeper water to add Lake Trout to the catch. This area of the Lake is known for it's deep water  and structure close to shore. The fish grow fast and by mid summer we can see some real trophy fish.
